We have gone and bought a mobile dongle and sim card as they still cannot supply an ADSL port for us.

This enables us to check our emails and web site and do updates but boy is it slow, like taking 2 steps backwards.

Since Christmas we have worked with one chilli grower from Queensland. Cooperating with the Queensland grower Porters Produce has managed to consistently produce our Porters Produce Chilli Original Sauce Mild within a very narrow heat band. We still do not have and internet connection. I have been told there is no port available and we have to wait. You would think in this day and age this would not be a problem.

Porters Produce has proudly won 2 more awards for their sauces. This year we entered into the Sydney Royal Easter Show Arts Competition probably the toughest competition in Australia. The competition was even harder this year as you had to enter 2 sauces as an entry and both sauces were judge as a joint entry. [...]

Porters Produce has been accepted this year for the AnnanRoma Wine & Food Festival on Sunday the 15th April 2012 at Mount Annan Botanical Gardens.
